Supporting the development of Dutch floorball with a focus on the Dutch Women's Team

Introducing floorball

Floorball is a rapidly growing sport in the Netherlands, but you might not be aware of what the sport really is. Floorball is a versatile indoor team sport played on a 40 x 20 m surface in a rink. Each team has five field players and a goalkeeper on the field at the same time. Floorball is played with plastic sticks and a very light ball and with a goalkeeper without a stick. The main objective in floorball is to score more goals than the opponent. The official playing time is 3 x 20 minutes effective time.

Floorball is especially large in Scandinavian and middle-European countries. It is an official sport in the World Games and is fully recognised by the IOC.

Become a floorball business partner

The Dutch Floorball Foundation actively seeks out business partners that want to contribute to the development of the sport. As the Foundation organizes events and tournaments, contributions are possible both in form of monetary sponsorship and as goods or services (in-kind sponsorship).
